Let me begin from start. I had been suffering from the very beginning day of this year. First i saw on 1st January 2011. It was my worst New Year gift ever. Let me tell You the symptoms of it, a small hole n from that due to infection, bleeding in that area. After check Up the doctors named it as "Pinodial Sinus". Then for the primary treatment I had to sit in the potassium permaganate warm water hoping that by doing this the gap would get fill up , but unfortunately it was useless. At last it was decided that "Surgery was the only means to cure it. Due to my forth coming exams I had to delay my operation for 4 months.
Then on 30th may i went for the check up in the KIIMS hospital which is 20 km far from my home. We had to go there because one of my uncle is Asst Professor there. I went to the OPD of surgery then a tall young doctor "Dr. Subrat kumar Sahu" examined my ass along with my uncle n finally decided to have my operation to have on 2nd June which was Thursday because according to Indian culture it is a holly day n a good day to start a work.
On 1st June i got admitted n i was in the males AC ward n a nurse came n gave me a pencilin injection for preventing any sort of infection while operation. then with due permition of the Doc we came back to home because there was no arrangement for my parents to stay. Next day we came early by 7 am n then a nurse came with a 8 cm long needle with a end hemispherical so as to attach the saline pipe. Then a 1l bottle hung n some liquid kept on dipping. On inquiring the nurse said that the needle is called"VEIN FLOW".
After 3 hours the time for my operation came. I walked to the operation theater with that ugly dress with no buttons rather only strings to get attach and after that the most painful moment came, the time to have the anesthesia in my spinal cord which almost feel like dying n few moment later i wasn't able to lift my leg or even move a little bit.
After 2 hours the operation was over then i was transferred came to my new cabin where there was private bathroom, AC, TV which fascinated me a lot. I used to have four injections daily, two in morn n two at night, and two tablets and i was also adjoint with a pipe which used to suck the secretion from my wound. Days past like a bullock cart because the only thing i was doing is to sleep or watch television. For eight days i was caged among the four walls. Friends and relatives came to see me n console me as well as I wasn't to stand or walk or sit.
On returning home i was welcomed by my elder bro who was there at home because he was suffering from malaria n had taken leave from his company. In every alternate day i go for dressing purpose n Now even on the completion of one month, i'm not completely recovered n go for dressing...
This is about the deadly experience with "PINODIAL SINUS". I hope no one suffers from this disease.
